The District is in the process of upgrading our meter reading system that will allow us and the customer to view hourly usage from the water meter. This data can be useful to detect a possible leak or just keep an eye on your water usage.
If you have been notified that you have a new cell read meter you can click on the link https://eyeonwater.com/signup to go to the EyeOnWater customer portal where you can set up an account to track your water usage and set up leak alerts. (When water is running consecutively for 24 hours it is considered a leak.) You will need your account number and zip code to get started.
If you would like to get the new system before we are in your area, please call our office at 515-962-1200. There will be a one-time $50.00 service charge to upgrade.
The District does not have access to passwords or the ability to retrieve lost passwords.
The District is also not liable for managing or tracking your water use.
